Suvidha Infraestate Corporation Limited held its 34th Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 19, 2026, via video conference and other audio-visual means, where shareholders approved the company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed Kishorekumar Goswami as a director, and appointed Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term commencing from financial year 2026-27.
